In the field of video game voice work, I must say Keith David. He did Julius from Saint's Row 1 and 2, the Arbiter in Halo 2 and 3, and Captain Anderson in Mass Effect 1 and probably in Mass Effect 2. He'll also do on of the invincible, important friendly NPCs in Modern Warfare 2.

And his voice is awesome.
