Who is the best fictional battle droid?

So I am half watching star wars on spike right now. And the regular battle droids they have just look like crap and look to be worthless. And I got talking an realized that Johnny 5 from short circuit is probably the most realistic one I have ever seen. He has triangular tracks for mobility. He is has a shoulder mounted laser cannon, and just looks all around practical.

He's not really a droid... fairly sure he's cited as a cyborg in all the literature...

I'd have to with Mr Crane... a Golem 25 souped up bringer of carnage. Sure he gets beat by a couple of Golem 30's, but fuck it, he's cute.

I'm going to have to say the Portal turrets. What they lack in mobility and rear defenses they make up for in adorableness.

OK, he is def. badass. But I think his 'injury' at the end of the cartoon seemed ridiculous contrived. Mace could so easily have just:

It's a pity he didn't do all the foot-fighting acrobatics in EpIII, would've made the OWK fight so much better. Because it was just *spin* *spin* *spin* *swing* *swing* *swing*, which left me somewhat unsatisfied.

Agreed. I was severely disappointed after watching the cartoon and seeing that fight.
