Ok, ok, I know I'm going to get shot for that. That's just my bias because I like Raiden...though I don't think he's the best ninja ever. Since, you know, every time he does something, he's out of commission again right after...

So, I'll say Grey Fox. He's just awesome and a skilled ninja.

It took this long for anyone to mention Ryu Hayabusa? I's surprised.

You can take pretty much take every name that has been mentioned, put them all in one team against Ryu, and he would be the only living thing to walk away. The man simply cannot die.

Sure, he's not really a ninja since there's nothing he does that's even remotely stealthy or secret, but unlike traditional ninja, he doesn't have to be. The guy's so ridiculously powerful that he doesn't bother with stealth since it doesn't affect the outcome. Besides, killing wave upon wave of demon-spawn is more fun.

Since whoever made the new Batman a ninja in the movies, I'm gonna go with him.

I don't recall him being a ninja in anything but damn if it didn't actually make him a little more awesomer.

Batman was trained by Ra's al Ghul even in comics so he always was sort of a ninja.

OT: I am glad nobody mentioned Naruto yet. In my book orange ninjas are not ninjas
