I would say Scarecrow - as they say; the only thing to fear is fear itself.


EDIT: Once more - the Joker from the Dark Knight to me = ANHAI(UBIUDWADAWD over-rated piece of *!%)

He really isn't that memorable or imposing - too me the Joker at his best was Batman (1989?) or the Animated series.
