The girl/woman on the far left looks an awful lot like Milla Jovovich on some points, but not a others. Comparing key points, like eyes, and mouth, near perfect match, but ears, nose, eyebrows, not so much. And yes, I've been comparing her to other movies at the time, but the thing is, there aren't any. There is a gap of four years between Dazed and Confused (1993) and The Fifth Element (1997) where she hasn't made any movies.

I've taken this image from the 1995 Judge Dredd, for those who are interested, this is during the scene in which Dredd gives a class in what it's like to be a Judge.

sorry but i don't see the resemblance she doesn't look like Milla looked in dazed and confused or fifth element. im pretty sure its a different person.

Looks a bit like Gemma Atkinson [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gemma_Atkinson] but she's probably too young to have been in Judge Dredd.

Surely not Mila, I can promise you that, the nose is too different, the face is overall too different

She looks a bit like Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine from Star Trek Voyager) to me. Only problem is, her IMDB doesn't mention anything about Judge Dredd, and she's listed as working on a TV show in 1995.

PS: Also, Jeri Ryan's facial shape is a little longer. The actress you're looking for is probably some no-name who had her most famous role in that scene. There's actors all over Hollywood who would kill for the tiniest bit part in a major motion picture.
