Kaidan Alenko of course.

I love him because he's calm and level headed, he was very useful for me in combat, and he was always there for my Shep, not to mention he was a very interesting character.
Plus, dat voice.

Oh yeah, he's HOT!

Minsc + Boo. Because Minsc and Boo are Minsc and Boo.

Also this:

"I grow tired of yelling battle cries when fighting this mage! Boo will finish your eyeballs once and for all so he does not rise again! EVIL, MEET MY SWORD! SWORD, MEET EVIL!!!!"

and almost anything else he says...........
Go for the eyes, Boo, GO FOR THE EYES! RAAAAGHHH!!!

*what, you thought Tali was being original?*

HK-47: Of course. This guy's just a laugh riot, even when playing as a light-sider. He was pretty meh in KOTOR2, but then again so was just about everything in that game.

Tali: Just plain adorable really. Probably the only romantic interest in a Bioware game whose romance subplot I've enjoyed.

Garrus: Space Batman with an awesome voice and some delightful sarcasm.

Varric: Best character in a rather mediocre game. He's snarky, practical, and good-natured, and was BFFs with my own sarcastic Hawke.

Kang the Mad: I like the crazy ones. I especially like his suggestion for causing someone an accidental death, say by "falling down a flight of punches".

My absolute favorite character from a Bioware game is HK-47 for...well, basically every reason people above have stated. He's cold, calculating and, a great source of one-liners and brutal wisdom. I often quote his definition of "Love" believing that definition to be extremely accurate. Recently while playing Skyward Sword I actually thought of HK-47 and how it's able to emote in a far more organic manner than Fi could possibly even comprehend.
