I would personally say Roy Batty from Bladerunner. Bladerunner is the story that asks the question of what is and what is not human. Roy, an although superior android in nearly every way to a human, lacks two things: A long lifespan and an understanding of human emotions. He could be considered the tragic hero of the story of Bladerunner. He also fought an armed cop inside an abandoned hotel while wearing nothing but his underpants. Yeah: This guy kind of takes the cake for me.
