Who is your favorite Harry Potter character?

I was invited to a New Years' Harry Potter costume party in 2009-2010. I went dressed in white robes, a wig with long white hair and a long white beard. I also had a staff with a crystal sphere for its focus at the top, and a sharp industrial shape to its gun-metal composition.

People thought I was Dumbledore until I noted the staff. "Who are you," they would ask. "Saruman," I replied. "But why? This is a Harry Potter party." I quipped, "Out of this entire assembly, I thought we needed a good character. A good wizard, at the very least."

Hermione is my favorite character-- she mirrors me in a few ways, hence she's easier to relate with than the titular character. I think the series is good as a work, but I dislike the banality of wizardry as a matter of taste.

Haha, the great thing about Harry Potter is, in my opinion, the main characters kind of suck, but the supporting characters are fantastic. I can't really choose one so I'll say Neville, Snape, and Dumbledore, in no particular order.

I am not the biggest fan of the series, my favourite character has to be Severus Snape. He is a complex character, and when you are portrayed by Alan Rickman that is no bad thing

He was also Hans Gruber (at least I think that was the main villains name) in "Die Hard", and The Sheriff of Nottingham in "Robin Hood: Prince of thieves" as well as Metatron in "Dogma" he has been in a lot of stuff, and always seems to be the villain. I must admit he plays it well

He was in Galaxy Quest as a good guy with Tim Allen. It is a pretty funny comedy, worth renting once at least. Also, his name was Hans Gruber. Yippee ki-yay motherf****r :? )

Yeah I remember that film. It used to amuse me that he never took off that headpiece he was wearing throughout the movie. Even when he was in his own house XD I would watch it again, but my brother currently has it
