Who is your favorite voice actor? If you created an animated film, would you have that character voice in it?

Mine is Yuri Lowethal ( Sp?)mostly because he voices some of my favorite characters ever ( Such as Yosuke from P4 and Simon from Gurren Lagann.) I also like the sound of his voice, and believe it or not he can actually sound pretty scary when he's pissed off. Another factor is he has the namesake of my favorite character in the universe and beyond, Yuri Hyuga.

I also like Tara Strong, because she voices every character ever.

Mm, I have a huge list of voice actors whom I love, and love to listen to.

Chris Patton and Johnny Yong Bosch top my list. Yes, they're in everything, but their voices make me smile every time. And Patton has done some characters that shocked the hell out of me (check out Baccano! and watch for Graham. Oh dear god).

As for female voice actors, I really like Luci Christian and Wendy Powell. Wendy is a dear, and Luci just has a lot of fun with whatever role she plays.

I also love Greg Ayres, Crispin Freeman, Steven Jay Blum, Beau Billingsley, and Colleen O'Shaughnessy.

Scott Menville? ... but if you'll allow Ron Perlman (not sure because he also acts and directs movies)

Steve Blum. He's in everything. Bebop and Champloo are the most notable of his dub acting. He also did Ogrhen from DA:O but he's done many game voices (various voices in things like battlefront 2). He has a very unique voice that fits for so many different character types. Spike and Ogrhen are about as different as you can get.

Simon Templeman, you may all know him as the ass-kicking, blood sucking vampire Kane
(Vae Victus fellow). He's in a lot of other games too, and his voice is just fantastic.

Also, Mark Hamil is the best Joker ever. There. I said it.

Mark Hamill in Castle in the Sky and for his role as the Joker, Patrick Stewart for both Steamboy and Nausicaa (and his role as Xavier in X-men Legends 2), Christopher Lee in the Kingdom Hearts series, Tom Hanks in Toy Story, and both Christian Bale and Billy Crystal in Howl's Moving Castle.

I'll just say Nolan North, as he is in everything nowadays, and actually is pretty talented.

I was absolutely shocked when I realized that Billy West plays Fry, Zoidberg AND Dr. Farnsworth on Futurama. Dude's got a hell of a flexible voice.

And another vote for Mark Hamil here.

I'd add Keith David to the list, but honestly I'm getting a bit tired of his voice appearing everywhere. It's like, the character disappears and you're just imagining Keith David in a recording booth.

I loved Steve Blum's work in DA:O, but you can't mention DA:O voice actors without a nod to Steve Valentine, who in my opinion had some of the funniest dialog in the game (voice of Alistair). Blum also does voice work for the upcoming Guild Wars 2 (as the Charr Rytlock). Also Felicia Day does voice work for Guild Wars 2 which kinda got me a bit excited.
