It's sort of a tie between the Pyro and the Heavy. Both I really enjoy playing as.
Although I do like most of the other characters, they're actually pretty deep for class based soldiers in a multiplayer game. For example, the Heavy seems like a big tough guy, but the way he handles his guns shows that he probably has a much softer side as well.

I've only played the game once for like 2 minutes when my friend needed a drink, but just from the look and sounds of it, I like the Scout, something about a brash in your face Boston kid, makes me remember all the years I used to visit relatives in South Boston
Heavy. He's a crazed Russian tank-of-a-man, with a really big freaking gun. Gotta love him.
Also, he's my best class in the game, so yeah, that helps, too.
