Who is your favourite Developer

For me it used to be Rare, but them Microsoft bought them and their quality went to hell. Then it was Pandemic, but then EA bought and crucified them.

I guess it'd have to be Lucasarts. From the ones I've played there's been more hits than misses.

My favourite developer would have to be Bioware and Bethesda, they make their games well. Although, Bethesda could of beta tested New Vegas

New Vegas was developed by Obsidian, not Bethesda.

Intelligent Systems ... they make freakin' Fire Emblem and Advance Wars :O

P.S. if Free Radical was still alive then that would be a very close second.

Oh fuck yes. Advance Wars all the way.

That, or Camelot. Golden Sun is amazing.

Else, I like Bethesda for Fallout 3 and The Elder Scrolls, and Obsidian for New Vegas.

And if I ever wanted a 3D Metroid game, I'd choose Retro Studios. Metroid Prime is incredible.

Bungie for me. Even if you don't like Halo, check out their earlier games. The Marathon and Myth trilogies in particular. And Pimps at Sea of course...

if i wanted to put a poll that would have been acurate i would have had to list every developer...looking trhough some peoples choices i would have left out a lot

I'd have to say Bungie. Other devs have made games that I enjoyed more, but as far as the actual people that make up the studio, they top my list.

I loved Marathon and Oni, and kept on liking them with Halo.

They seem to do a good job of not taking themselves too seriously, laughing at their mistakes, and their community team does a fantastic job. I listen to podcasts -which I find phenomenally funny- and extra material (the remastered H1 and H2 cinematics were awesome) whenever I can, and Joe Staten and Marty O'Donnell seem like pretty cool guys. Who kill aliens and blah blah blah...
