A demoman knight. It's so easy to kill them as a pyro. They charge you, you just compression blast, set them on fire, and compression blast them every time they get to close for comfort.

Stupid Blue Suns mercenaries with flamethrowers owning me everytime I tried doing Zaeed's loyalty mission. On top of the fact that these guys respawned AND that there were 2 carts that shot fire at me I also had to deal with a fucking huge rocket shooting mech. I was very satisfied when I finished it so I guess the ends justify the means?
An exploding Vorcha flamethrower. Kinda complicated to explain, basically there were two of them, one got me to low health and the other exploded while Shepard was doing a dance to put out the fire.

Threw a grenade out a window, only, I didn't. Now this wasn't your typical 'oh damnit hit the wall self-grenade kill' type deal oh no. Thing went build-a-better-mouse-trap on me.
It bounced off the wall, went out a different window, hit a lamp post (apparently) and sat next to an explosive environmental object. In my panic of initially hitting the wall and not waiting to find out what will happen in a room with a live grenade rolling around, I booked it downstairs and outside. I was taking some bullet fire so I ducked down behind a car to fire back. The grenade went off a while ago (by this point) and lit some barrels on fire. When those finally blew up, they set the car I ducked under on fire. After I'd cleared out the sidestreet the car blew up. I skipped the killcam but two of my teammates saw what happend and where nice enough to relay the events back to me.

My last death was from Gharnef from Fire Emblem DS (I'm counting "my death" as my last character's death. Unfortunately that was Marth). It was such overkill too, if you haven't played the game, Gharnef has a tome that makes him immune to any and all damage as well as making him really overpowered. But damn, it looked cool to see that androgynous twat blasted to oblivion.
