Ed from Full metal alchemist i think would be a great costume to be, requires metal gauntlet and a massive red coat, black t-shirt and trousers and a pair of large boots. Only hard thing to get i think would be the hair cut, it would take forever to grow my hair long enough for a decent sized pony tail.

If as alien, I have acid packs that I can puncture and razor sharp claws/teeth/tail/mini-mouth.
And I'd still be allowed on an airplane!

As predator, I'd have the full arsenal. 'Nuff said.
Oh noes, long line....smart disk!
And since he has no bottles of water, he could go on a plane to!

Edit: Or as a fully functional robotech. With all the guns, missiles and transforming.

Well as a fine young gentleman once did if I could have the funds and ingenuity he did I would dress as a Bouncer from Bioshock.

failing that maybe just spend loads of cash getting the sweater and wrench right (and tatto's) for Jack from Bioshock

To bring the endless funds to use I would also try being one of the capital wasteland's members of the Brotherhood of Steel (from Fallout 3)

And even though the height problem would be hard to overcome (as in the movie he stands on a ladder)
I would like to be the leader of the Knights who say NI! From Monty Python and the Holy grail, I couldn't' find a picture that was of good enough quality but either you saw the movie or you haven't..........
