Who to contact? Zero Punctuation.

Hey, I am working on a game based on ZP, (Yeah, I know i missed the contest...) I want to post the game on kongregate, but i dont want to get in trouble with legal stuff. Who do I need to contact? I sent Yahtzee and email, but didnt get a reply yet. I also sent a request to The Escapist Via Feedback, is there anyone else I should try to contact?

Just the escapist and yahtzee, don't do anything until you've got a reply from one of them explaining what you can and cannot do. thats probably all right :3

Kay, Im working on the game now, but im not gonna post anything till i get the go ahead.

I dont know exactly, but aslong as you arent making money off this game and you include a link to the escapist and yahtzees website just to be sure, youll probably have free reign, and if you later find out you dont then no harm done because youve made no money so it can just be removed.

Um, acctually, I would make a bit of cash off the advertisements, scince Kongregate shares revenue, so i should prolly wait.
