The last enemy I killed, was Soldier #6266 in MW2. He was a good man, a brave man, but alas, was not triumphant.

Some enemy plane/helicopter/ship/something in After Burner: Climax. With all the explosions and missiles flying around in that game, it can sometimes be quite hard to tell exactly what you just killed.
