If I was a girl, then Jiub, the sexiest man to ever walk the face of Tamriel.
He's nice, and helped the player character to get accustomed to their surroundings.
He also looks like a badass, with no shirt and a sweet scar.

And to top it all off, he eliminated all of the cliffracers in Morrowind.
He killed every single one of them, and was elevated to sainthood.

It's kinda hard to find woman with actual intellect in video games (whether developers are sexist or perverts is up to you), But I'll go with Samus Aran, she is actually a very interesting person and I'd like to know her more.
It's not that tough. Just look at April Ryan, of The Longest Journey. She's the most down-to-earth, realistic, and intellectual, female character I've ever seen in a video game. In fact, pretty much the most realistic character of any gender I've seen. And she manages to be so while still being pretty damn attractive too.

Also, for those reasons, and the fact that she's almost like a female and more artistic version of me, April is my answer to this thread.
Good point. April Ryan was basically a real person. I liked her, and it's a pity how things ended at the end of Dreamfall.

Someone from Persona 3. No, I won't put a pic because if you search Persona 3 in google images you get a lot of....inappropriate stuff.

Oh, don't worry, I don't think it's that simple. Ragnar Tornquist has already said he'll be working on Dreamfall: Chapters as an episodic thing after The Secret World comes out, and there's just no way the end of Dreamfall is going to stick. Things are never that simple, and there's that whole situation with the prophecy about her, not to mention 'Lady Alvane' from the first game... ;)

Nobody, because these are mere figments of my imagination which deserve no place in this reality.

Placing all seriousness aside, I'd have to say Alex Vance from Half-Life 2.
Damn you took mine. Well in that case basically any girl from fallout 3 or fallout new vegas.

None

...don't think I've ever played a video game where the female character had a personality that attracts me. Characters like Vanille get close if they weren't quite so ditsy and annoying.

Actually, figments of quite a lot of peoples' imaginations if you put it that way.

Also, for me it'd be Alyx too. She's one of the most solid and interesting female characters from any video game I've played.

The chain quoting continues!
But seriously, April was also a very strong and realistic female character. I forgot about her.
As to the events at the end of Dreamfall, didn't April acquire the ability to breathe underwater during the first game? I wonder if that was a permanent or temporary effect.

Aigis from Persona 3. Why? Because it wouldn't be based solely on physical attraction; Aigis developed so much from the first moment you met her all the way through to the end of the game (even more with The Answer in FES) and seeing her change from a cold machine to something that had genuine feelings beyond logic was simply remarkable and really made her an endearing character to me.

Zoey from Left 4 Dead.

YESH!
Yay for Zoey! I can't really think of any other girls in games who are believable enough except maybe Alyx. But Vanille from FFXIII, oh man. She'd be great as well.

Zoey from Left 4 Dead

Mass Effect(2) - My own FemShep (lol), Joker (I really wish he could have been a romantic option)I guess I'm just a sucker for sarcasm, and Tali'Zorah.

Freakin' Alistair from Dragon Age: Origins. Who I actually had a weird little crush on during my first play-through. I couldn't help it. His voice-acting and romantic dialogue were just great. lol

My own Fallout 3 and New Vegas characters. Sexy grunge wasteland babes.

I'm sure there are more I'd bashfully ask on a date if I were so inclinced - but I can't think of them right now.
