What I'd actually love to see is Bioware/Harmonix. A music game with a heavy influence on story and choice?

Do you play more shows to widen your fan base? or do you try to spend a few months working on an album?

Do you quit your day job to tour? or do you keep your current job for the time being to actually have money for food and equipment but keeps your tour radius small?

Do you sign with a record label to get marketing needed to expand your fan base? or do you decline to keep your intellectual property your own?

This would be my personal "best game ever".

Bungie vs. Valve. Mainstream vs. Offstream(?) Still very hard to decide though. I went with the developer I knew ever since I started playing video games.

I chose the same thing. Some of the choices were hard though. Had to pick between Obsidian and Visceral... That was a hard as hell choice.

One of mine was Hal Laboratories or Gearbox. extremely tough decision. I picked Hal in the end due to the fact that I've really only played one Gearbox game(Borderlands) whereas I have played Magic Mirror, Squeak Squad, and Super Star Ultra.

I ended up with Valve vs Mojang. I went on a limb and chose Mojang. Partially because they are actively making games right now instead of just dibble dabbling with existing ones .
