McFly. They are awesome.

So how long before the first insult? I'm guessing less than an hour.
Welcome back! And while I dislike Mcfly intensely, I shall refrain from insults, to each their own.
And mine at the moment is The smashing pupmkins.

According to my last.fm:

1. Silver Sun (NOT Silversun Pickups, name-stealing bastards)
2. Mono
3. Sonic Youth
4. Mogwai
5. Lagwagon

I assume Mogwai only managed to slip in because I often play instrumental post-rock when I'm having trouble sleeping, but they're on the same number of plays as Lagwagon.

I guess, realistically, it'd look more like this:

1. Silver Sun
2. Lagwagon
...and then any combination of Sonic Youth, eels, Mono, Nine Inch Nails, Explosions In The Sky, Hell Is For Heroes, Brand New, Radiohead, The New Pornographers, the list is pretty long.

1. Children of Bodom
2. John 5
3. In Flames
4. Trivium
5. Billy Talent
6. Dragonforce (I think they're very under-rated, don't really get why people hate them so much)

I listen to many genres, other favorites include Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Depeche Mode, Muse and The Damage Addict Orchestra.

Why do people hate Dragonforce? Because they're a bunch of studio hacks who can't replicate their music live. Don't get me wrong, their excessive speed and wheedly wheedly doodly doodly doo is pretty fun for a while, but they've really only written about 4 songs in their careers.

Thanks, I'm glad to be back. I was getting lonely just hanging around, unable to add anything.

Also, congratulations to the members of Escapists, for being more mature than I expected. I'm glad that (so far) no one has made any cheap remarks about my taste in music.

Although I won't continue down my list of top whatever bands. When I get to The Jonas Brothers things may change...

Porcupine Tree and Tool (Oh God, how I love them).
Someone has finally concentrated an unprecedented level of musical awesomeness in the same sentence.
Spot on!

Porcupine Tree and Tool are kickass bands, my two favorite bands. Other bands worth mentioning is King Crimson and Blackfield

I'm not sure, I like too much music. Right now though, I think it would be Hollywood Undead.

Who said that repetition is a bad thing. They don't change, cause it works for them. And it all comes down to taste. And I like them.
