Jack from Powerstone (I agree with u bjj hero, Powerstone was awesome)
or Kakyoin from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, u just cant beat green laser tenticles. Everyone should check that game out, the characters are all so amazing. Come on a dog with a sandmonster to defend itself, a gypsy chick with a voodoo creature that transforms into cars. I rest my case...

Excellent choices, good sir! Though I end up going back to play as Chipp Zanuff for GG and Raphael for SC3(I'm better with them), I always find myself picking your picks for the first, say, five matches of each game.

Its probably his throw, where he jumps over the arm of the character and kicks then about half (or a quarter) of the battlefield at an awkward angle. In some levels, you can start the game, do this grapple and win instantly.
Other than that, he wasn't so overpowered.
