Yeah, I'm going with Todd In The Shadows. I seem to relate to him the most. I don't know why people say Doug's not as funny anymore as he used to be, sure he's done some bad episodes but on the whole I think he's a very clever writer and a good actor (When he needs to be). Linkara has a certain degree of consistent professionalism that even Doug sometimes misses, and as a comic writer myself, I LOVE Atop the Fourth Wall, I even really like the story bits he does (Haters gonna Hate).
Runner ups would have to be Jesu Otaku, CR, and Suede, all three do great work and review things that I, as a cartoon lover, really like seeing reviewed, but they don't post content NEARLY as much as they should. CR and JO have only done 6 vids each this whole year (not counting JO's recent crossover with Nostalgia Critic, which I LOVED by the way), and Suede only did 2. They'd be on equal footing with Doug and Linkara if they just did more.

I kind of ragequit that site after Doug's god awful Let's Play of Bart's Nightmare - it was so painful to watch and so lazily done I just lost all respect for the guy.
So I'm going to have to go with Angry Joe because of production values, he genuinely cares about gamers, he gets some great interviews and asks the right questions - and honestly the gimmicky persona would usually annoy me, but it has a kind of charm to it.

You said 'user' in the title rather then producer. Producers make videos and user leave idiotic comments under the videos.

Even though I skip past the plot parts of his shows, I can't get enough of Linkara. It's like Bob's 'COMICS ARE WEIRD' segments only stretched out into an awesome, awesome review. I also love how pissed off he gets at One More Day's existence. I'm also a fan of Angry Joe's reviews and love when he shows up in TGWTG cross overs. Of course I also love Nostalgia Critic and, Ask TGWTG.

Angry Joe, no doubt. Although I don't think that counts since he's really a blistered thumbs user.
Nostalgia Critic is good and I've had some hearty laughs from him older posts (especially movies that I actually remember seeing) but lately he's been a bit...lacking. He's still funny, sorta, but his videos are starting to follow a very predictable pattern and it's got pretty stale.
Nostalgia chick has always been good I still re-watch her videos on occasion.
