Dude's got some kinda serious charisma for the camera. I don't think I've ever been bored watching his videos, whether it be a literal trailer, a vlog, or a cute/win/FAIL.
Runner up would probably be ViolinTay, but only because Roosterteeth and Team Four Star are not exclusively youtube producers. But ViolinTay is very talented.

Johntron/Game Grumps. I originally started watching GG as a fan of Egoraptor, but I was afraid I wouldn't like that other guy. Little did I know how hilarious Jon is.

That man is amazing. He plays a load of horror games and he is bizarrely suited to 2D RPGmaker games like Ib. He just gels with them well for whatever reason.
He has really good editing skills, adds a load of small things to his videos and has sweet unique intros and outros for every video.

Definitely Crash Course(the Green Brothers) and Hickock45. Crash Course because it is probably the best method I've seen of teaching the basics of History, Biology, and now English Literature. Hickock45 because he talks about all sorts of guns, their history, and doesn't bother with political bullshit like Nut Fancy.

I'll add another vote for Cry. From his voice to his sense of humor, he's just a great guy.
I'll also probably piss some people off and say the Yogscast. Even if you dislike the main channel, there are plenty of others who might suit your fancy. I'm loving their Tekkit series with more or less the entire Yogscast taking part, I can't wait to see when they all catch up!

Currently, I enjoy Chuggaconroy's Let's Plays, they're always fun to watch. Others I frequently watch are ItsJustSomeRandomGuy, Lore, and JiMathers.
