Carl Sagan, he'd probably know everything about everything.
Then we'd spend the time making apple pies from scratch and inventing the universe.

I would go for Gabriel Iglesias or Eddi Murphy, mostly because I would crack open every time it started talking XD

You have been chosen to spend 3 years on the moon doing whatever they are doing in the movie "Moon."
Your only company for these 3 years will be your robot companion, but you get a choice of anyone's voice for your new friend.

I'd go for Sean Connery. I'd never tire of listening to him.
Mr Connery would be awesome. Maybe... Johnny Depp?

It's a toss-up of James Earl Jones, Keith David, or Patrick Stewart. It's really hard to pick.

Definitely Richard Burton.
I thought about HAL for a few seconds, but I think after a few days, his voice would creep me out.

For some reason, I hear all of H.G.Wells' books as read by Richard Burton, probably because I heard the War Of The Worlds musical before I read the book.
Then, gradually he became the voice of Science Fiction, and unless I heard a character in a book speak before (in a movie, for example) they get gender-specific voices, but with Richard Burton's style of speaking, unless described otherwise.

Patrick Stewart's voice is amazing. And who better to have with you while in space?
