Everyone's an idiot in their teen years, you just don't realise until you get out of them, and spend the rest of your life trying to live it down.
ok, not that this really has to do with anything I've noticed the internet or particularly this site, but kids in general annoy me.
0-3 years old: can't talk, so they have no beef with me
4-6 years old: learnt to talk, start whinging and whining to mummy to buy a chocolate, and if they don't get it, they always have spare tears and screams to hand out, essentially embarassing their parents into anything they want
7-12 years old: they finally learnt the amazements of the internet, so waste all their time playing shitty litte games that eat away at the connection. They also send those damn annoying chain emails, e.g. msn is running out of names, send this to everyone you know so your email doesn't get deleted. what a load of crap!
13-15 years old: yay! high school! we're bigs kids now, so we can do whatever we want. let's muck up on the school bus and throw a banana at the bus driver! What a great idea! little pricks dont have any consideration for anyone else around them, and they are so damn arrogant
16-18 years old: okay, generally, i don't have any problems with these ages, unless they treat women real bad. I some people, and they've done stuff that you just would not believe. Oh, and when discovering the delights of alcohol, they tend to go a bit crazy. Control yourself, people!
yes, i have generalized, and to tell you the truth, i don't care. This is the way that I view the world. It's probably biased as all hell, and I don't care. I live my life by one very simple rule: people are shit! Humanity has lost its way, and it's not getting corrected any time soon, particularly by means of the behaviour of children.

I know why people hate us (Teenagers that is), its cause we are younger than they are, and they hate us for it....
On reflection thats proabaly not it =D But it seems strange to me that teenagers can be blamed for things they cant do.
Also annoyed that we have to pay taxes, and yet cannot vote...

Somebody with no experience of children.
They can talk from the age of 1 onwards. Younger children (1-3) are generally more pleasant to talk with than older children. 3-year-olds can often read simple books and hold quite coherent conversations about the contents.kenny2759 said:

In video games, online ones to be specific, some go around annoying people and swearing, insulting, trolling, ect. Giving a bad image to all the other ones. But if you don't speak in mic, and type in proper english, you'll be thought of as a more mature person.

I think partly why kids in such an age range (11-15) are so nuts is that they've been sheltered from such things their entire life and they can't be any longer.
I had a friend who was taught taste from a young age. Didn't end up like that in high school, because all those things that they'd be able to do with more freedom now weren't new anyway and that person had no interest in it anyway. Although some kids simply cannot be taught... But I think if more kids were taught this then those that can't be taught wont get any more social status among their peers for going nuts.

It's mostly a lack of maturity, I would say. I like having a conversation on here, but when somebody calls me flat-out wrong without explaining it makes me want to do bad things. Though that rarely happens.

I really don't care about the age of people. It's just that younger people tend to be more annoying online and with their mics. I'm not discriminating here or anything because I've played with plenty of people who weren't young but were huge assholes, but it just that most tend to be young.
Maturity over age. I can fall into the category of those being hated, but honestly, I wish people didn't judge by the amount of squeaking in voices.
