it's was originally meant as a reason against teaching intelligent design in school, but it did kind of create it's own life on the internet.

I know that's what it's original purpose was for but it's turned into another of these 'You can't disprove it no matter how ridiculous it sounds' things, like the Celestial Teapot.

I've never even heard of this religion, I'm pretty sure that quite a lot of people haven't (it sure as hell isn't a well known religion if you had to place an explanitory link just so we'd know what we're going on about).

It is in fact the largest religion in Iraq, almost 13% larger than Islam.
