I used to like the colour scheme. But since the reboot and with the obnoxious ads and captchas and shit, I really don't know why.
Probably because since the escapist steals pirates rips off borrows everyone elses news stories it just makes it easier than camping out 5 other sites. Though I do go directly to them to get the actual news story without the propaganda filter.

That's honestly the only reason I ever made the account, though I do remember a looong time ago when you got articles emailed to you. I've stuck around for the badges, but they seem to no longer be coming in for viewership anymore .
