Why can't people take a joke?

I am able to take a joke, but I don't believe that (what appears to me, at least, as I can't speak for anyone else) attacks on the ability of autistics to form meaningful healthy relationships with other human beings funny in the slightest.

Actually, as an autistic guy myself, I think that it can be funny, it's just that it's really hard to do it so that it makes a big laugh.

And for some reason (Probably because it's a better example, I think) you've changed the OP from your Girlfriend to some Skinhead getting angry at a Yo Mama! joke.
