Maybe Adult Swim will take over the channel and become day running. They already have absorbed alot of time from them. It started as only two days a week for a couple of hours, then 3, then 5, then 6, then the whole week, then it got an hour longer. Will it actually happen? Maybe not, but I can hope.

Cartoon Network used to be awesome. I don't completely remember, but I think it might've started going down hill after they removed... ahh, I don't even remember the anime... The one with the samurai who use his sword backwords... they removed it after they cussed onced during primtetime, me thinks. I loved that show, but never got to see the end. There's a reason kids like to watch a ton of anime now...

American cartoons suck now; it's like they all have to teach some kind of retarded lesson that should come as common sense. I've lost complete faith in almost all of TV as a whole, though. Only good channels are Comedy Central, G4(kinda), and a few bits of other shows. AS on cartoon Network, The Soup on E!...

Society sucks now. Pop culture is the worst kind as of yet. I really hope the next generation will learn a thing or two about competence or something...

This talk about Toonami. I liked them cause they essentually introduced me to AMVs (Animated music Videos) in their own self promoting way. Even though they were ads for their own shows, I really loved catching some of these. I of course ramped up the stereo, so these youtube vids hardly do justice.

I think that tim and eric sucks donkey balls. More to the point, so does every other live action program that has ever graced this channel. ALL shows such as these are shining examples of what cartoon network is doing wrong. They cant even get adult swim right anymore. Was nice knowing you, and I dont think im alone when I say we miss Johnny Bravo.

Finally, a person who thinks like I do. Screw Tim and Eric and all the non-cartoon shows.

Sigh... I too remember a time when cartoon network had some awsome shows, I remember geting pumped to watch a couple of hours of Toonami when I got home from school. Now though I only watch cartoon network when it is on adult swim so I can see old Family Guy reruns (also the reason I watch TBS, well that and the Bill Engval show) and Robot Chicken.

The only show Iremotely like on Cartoon Network is Total Drama Action, but I already saw all the current episodes on YTube so really I don't watch Cartoon Network.

I could tell that something was wrong when the good shows on Toonami (Dragon Ball Z, Yu Yu Hakusho, Rurouni Kenshin, Outlaw Star, and so on) were replaced with drivel like Totally Spies and Code Lyoko. From that point on, one by one, good shows were pulled from the schedule and replaced with complete and utter crap, and it wasn't just shows on Toonami either.

I always disliked some of those 'cartoon cartoons' which were simply disgusting, like that show about the fat and the skinny dog.

Toonami, on the other hand, was epic. Good times.

Honestly, I think the last time CN was actually REALLY good was back in the day when they still showed Pirates of Dark Water and all those awesome old cartoons. They survived for a while with Johnny Bravo and Dexter and honestly Samurai Jack brought me back to the channel. Does anyone remember the ORIGINAL Adult Swim when they showed the badass adult animes like Gundam 0083 and Outlaw Star uncut starting at like midnight? The coffin nail though was when 15 episodes of DBZ a day became the standard. That was the end of it, and this is just its last blood-curtling screams. Let it die, world, just let it die.
Also, the new Clone Wars SUCKS! (And I was hoping it'd be as good as the original cartoon miniseries.) T_T

BTW, Nickleodian studios closed for good in 2005. That's why it sucks now. They fired everyone and started making new shit with retarded executives instead of creative people. Although I have to admit I enjoyed Danny Phantom even if the main character was RETARDED.
