What do you mean "only one"? There's lots of features except monetary gain. Skip on-line activation, iso directly mountable, no dvd-check on startup etc. There's also loads more of reason in other mediums, so your attempt to bring guilt upon pirats (there just greedy, nothing more. Ever) and your assumption this is pubic knowledge is just mean.

Stealing is a crime, yes. But pirating != stealing. A potential loss in profit is not in the same ballpark as removing valuables. This is propaganda, pure and simple.
In addition it's never OK to tell anyone their beliefs are invalid by default. All moral framework is relative. And the law isn't morally, humanitarian or locally absolute. it's generalized to keep matters simple.

While we're at it, we should make sure they know murder and rape are wrong too.

It's not nice to insinuate the pirates severely lack moral judgment. The notion that by just being a criminal automatically makes one devoid of humanity is aweful. Shame.

Nope. I'm saying the arguments used by the pro-piracy movement are invalid, because it all results in the same response:
don't like it = don't buy it
don't think its worth what they charge = don't buy it
don't think people have a right to charge money for their time, effort and resources = don't buy it, you idiot
I should also make it clear, lest I be misinterpreted that if you don't buy it, you don't have the right to it.

I can be more sympathetic to anti-anti-piracy advocates, but in the end the problem (or what they see as a problem) they speak out against is caused by pirates. Personally I think they need to rethink who they direct their complaints to.

I don't understand the mentality of the you tube community and why they would not support anti piracy groups, if you look at the comments for the video i see no one saying good job or keep up the good fight, instead i see entitled people talking about how windows is a bad operating system, witch is not true.

I don't see why you're so surprised at this. Different people have different opinions. Have you looked at the threads about piracy on the Escapist, or anywhere else for that matter? There are plenty of people that would not support an anty piracy group.

So please escapist community show this group some love and chase the damn piracy supports back to their troll cave where they belong
