Why do people get addicted to WoW?

I've played WoW before, it was okay I guess... But I'm wondering why so much people get addicted to it, and why this game?

To me?! I dont know, I guess its cursed, the moment I logged in blizzard owned my soul for eternity. In fact the urges to go back again are getting stronger everyday.

Because it has no definite end and they pay monthly for it, so they play it constantly in order to justify the amount of money they waste monthly on a stupid game with no point and no conclusion while Blizzard laughs all of the way to the bank.
