I just put an x in between the two words in my gamertag because they don't allow spaces and it would have taken way too much effort to reactivate the Xbox Live membership I had on the original Xbox.

RathWolf + account deactivation + failed reactivation for 360 = RathxWolf

people taking things they see and not knowing what they mean but using them anyway. its to donate a persons straight edge status. alot of straight edge hardcore and punk bands use "x"s in their name e.g. XBishopX. and alot of diehard edgers have x's tatooed. and there ya have it =]

I just presumed it was because for most websites/applications the decent plain names were already taken and having numbers next to your gamertag doesn't look so nice... so basically: He wanted "Solo" but it was taken, he could have done "Solo508" but it doesn't look as good as "XxSoloxX"... or so he thought.
