Of course we love making fun of celebrities for no other reason other than the fact that they are celebrities, but this guy gets more hate than the Fuhrer. Every youtube vid I go to theres at least one witty comment about Justin, whether he sounds like a girl or just needs to be vigorously punched in his nonexistent balls people hate on this guy constantly. Why exactly is that?

No offense to Justin Beiber and all of his (probably) wonderful and in good taste fans.
For me it's because he is a music equivalent for Twilight. He represents ideas and characteristics that no kids that age should know about, he has a legion of fans, most of them purely because he is a teenage boytoy, and his music is just BAD.

Better now?

Anyhow. Why hate Justin Beiber? People already said it: He is popular, talented, and a kid. They are not. Insecurity and envy, some of humanities finer traits. [sub]Now if you were to hate on Stephanie Meyer, that I would understand. She is popular, but her work is horrible. Just saying.[/sub]
That did make it better thank you....if only for the Starcraft referance. :)

I find him dislikable due to his voice being on a frequency that can cause nerve damage... but that's just me...

Well, I hate him because it's cool to hate him, but from what I hear (it's probably biased, but there must be some truth in it) he's also kind of a tool.
Oh and he sounds like and looks like a 10 year old girl, I don't hate him for that, it's just something that's fun to point out.

He gets an unreasonable amount of money and fame for Fritzl-level abuse of an auto-tuner.

I used to be one of those people who said things like 'I can't see how anything can deservedly garner that much hate. Can't be that bad'.

It is that bad. I only actually heard him the other week. It was awful.

I don't. and I probably wouldn't know who he was if not for the asshats who hate him for no reason. He's this bland, forgettable kid whose biggest crime is having a recording career that's rather blah.

Most people probably wouldn't give a damn if hate for him hadn't spread like a meme.

though he is popular now, my true root of hatred, now that i've meditated on it, is not that his career is so prominent. it's that he started too early. his voice will change to a man's in a short time. i'll refer to trooper, acdc, metallica, and all those guys that have been around for 20 yrs plus. when you know how to work with your voice, and you've been practicing with it, you need to know all the nooks and cranny's of it. there is no way a 16 year old boy can just pick up and go. he needs practice, no matter how perfect you might want to say he is. because he WILL become used to singing with his adolescent voice, and when his balls drop (if they ever do, predictable joke) he's not going to be used to it after singing the way he has for this long. also he'll lose his fans because of exactly that, that he can't sing his old songs because his voice had changed so drastically. i say all my hate out of caring for someone new to the industry.

That made my day.

I have no idea why people needlessly hate on Justin Beiber, perhaps it's because he looks like he's made of plastic, but that describes pretty much every single modern pop singer.

It might be because of his age. He's 12 years old, singing about how he's in love. I'm waiting for him to sing about how it sucks to be alone.

Perhaps, on that note, it's jealousy. We all hear about how a 12 year old is singing about love while we are getting over a bad breakup.

I haven't had a single girlfriend in my life, and I'm 24. Probably because I spend so much time online, but that's not the point.

I saw a recent episode of Penn and Teller Bullshit on teen sex, and Penn opened it with a little presentation saying how we are all teens our first time, with the exception of Teller. I wanted to punch him in the goddamn face.

Because I spent all this time working hard to make it where I am(which can be described as mediocre at best), when in hind sight singing like a girl on youtube would have proved a better route to becoming successful and loved

Sorry if someone said thsi already, but it can't be overstated. He said, "I feel like the Kurt Cobain of my generation, but people just dont understand me." Thats almost be like Taylor Swift calling herself the Jimmy Page (The guitarist for Led Zepplin, in case you were wondering) of her generation.

I don't hate him at all, he's just a fad.
In a year or two he's gone and off his head on smack, like Aaron Carter.

I respect the guy to be honest, he's talented - Just being managed wrong.

I dont know....maybe it's because all of his songs suck so very much?

Are we an item? Girl, quit playin'

Said "there's another," and looked right in my eyes
My first love broke my heart for the first time

And I was like baby, baby, baby, oh
Like baby, baby, baby, no
Like baby, baby, baby, oh
I thought you'd always be mine, mine

Baby, baby, baby, oh
Like baby, baby, baby, no
Like baby, baby, baby, oh
I thought you'd always be mine, mine

STOP STARTING SENTANCES WITH LIKE!!!!!!

Does anyone want to translate that into some sort of legitimate english for me? Also he's what 14? What does he know about love? Yes yes i know all the kids these days say they are in love but seriously can anyone on here over the age of 21 say that they where REALLY in love back when they were 13-14?

He's just playing on the feelings of pre-teen girls to make money out of them and it's a little exploitative imo.

Plenty of other reasons will follow im sure.
You know technically, I'd go so far as to say the human race in general has no concept of the term "love". It's more lust and.. Actually that's pretty much it. Maybe a mild like.. Or a relationship of convenience. We both like this genre of music so it's cool. That type of thing.

In response to OP, this.

Also he's Canadian, as much as I hate to admit it. And who likes Canadians? We're seen as stupid versions of the French and.. Well, the amount of countries that dislike the French.. If there's the one thing the UK and USA can agree on, it's that the French suck.

Well the Führer actually accomplished some good and beneficient things (and to all you people saying otherwise: brush up on your history). I mean, it's not easy to drag an entire country out of an economic depression to economical prosperity in such a short amount of time.

Justin Beiber hasn't accomplished much at all. And he and his *cringes* "music" is obnoxious to boot. Hence why people hate him more. :)
And then back into a depression, awesome. :p His plan could have worked though, if he hadn't had a stupid moment and elected himself general. Would have been interesting to see a united world led by Germany, the most advanced nation on earth of the time. They're gearing up again though, learning from Russia, Israel. Everyone who excels at a particular project is teaching the Germans how to do it. We should have anti-grav soon. :D

Oo, another thing the Führer did good, he banned all "degenerate art", which included some forms of jazz. The downside of which is that the artistic period Germany was having was smashed, so many artists never to be heard again.. But on the plus side, it got the soldiers listening to the remaining forms of jazz, which made it quite popular. And as a fan of the genre, more people listening and creating can't be a bad thing.

Yeah, but to be fair, the war pretty much caused that. Had Hitler chosen a more moderate approach to world domination instead of going overboard with the blitzkrieg strategy and instead consolidate his forces in nowly acquired territory and fortifying it more efficiently, as well as NOT deciding to fight a war on two fronts, Nazi germany would've been a lot more imposing enemy to the allied nations. And it would most likely have lead germany to a rather long period of economical prosperity as well.

Exactly.

He should've let the professionals (like Rommel) do the strategic thinking and planning for the war effort instead of steamrolling across the opinions of more seasoned generals the way he did.

He was a bit to overconfident in his ideals of germany being populated by "die übermensch" and that they were pretty much destined to rule the world.

There's a proverb saying: "If you want to hear God laugh, then tell him about your plans". I'd assume that if God actually existed he'd laugh out loud at Hitlers plans. XD

Well, that's debatable. had this policy continued to modern times im quite sure that germany would've had to do without many treasured pieces of art that Hitler would've considered "degenerate".

When it comes to art, diversity is the shit. Since it has the highest chance of producing masterpieces.
