Why Do You Exist?

Every now and then I get existential angst.

When I'm busy, I feel productive, but when I'm bored, I feel lost.

So what's your outlook on Life? What keeps you living?

Do you have any goals?

Why do I exist? Well, my father ejaculated into my mother which fertilized her egg. I survived the ordeal compared to the millions of other cells that fell during the process.

My outlook on life is just to have the best possible life I can have. What keeps me living? Just enjoyment of life and the love of those around me.

Goals? Yep, I have some.

Despite the futility and utter pointlessness of life, there's no alternative. And that alone is enough to continue to exist. The reason of my existance in the first place was my parents deciding to forgo protection one too many times.

This question has kept me up late at night many times... I've arrive to the conclusion that all I want out of life is to make people happy (yes this is cliché and faggy, but its unfortunately just how I see things)

You don't deserve the knowledge. All knowledge must be earned, or the weight of it will drive you mad. If you're intelligent enough to work it out, you'll realise that the journey that took you to the meaning to life was more valuable than the actual meaning. Think of everything you know that you didn't find out personally; are you any happier for knowing it?

Get off the media, kick the internet and don't play realistic video games. Stop thinking about questions that are bigger than your mind until your mind is strong enough to find the answers independently.

I like my life. I have goals, but there are too many to list.

I believe we all live simply because we're all unique, all of us have a story to tell. and if there is a higher power, we're all telling our stories to it even as we speak, just by living our lives. you know?

and that story involves your birth being the 1st page of a book, and your death being the very last page.

Whenever i think about these things i think to myself 'why do platypuses exist'. And then i come to the realization that there is no answer and i should be doing something productive. Or i think 'why not?'. And then i go outside.

I exist because there are lots of tasty and fun things in the world. Such as happy hour cocktails on Friday nights.

Bettering yourself and living for the common good is one thing, but at other times you have to let the alcoholic syrup, cream and cookies flow in union and harmony.
