Why do you watch ZP?

Why not? I'm normally on here anyway and I get a bit of a laugh out of it. I hardly ever agree with him as I actually enjoy games (shocker!) but it's still funny.

But yes, I agree with him most of the time and he is often very fair with his reviews and points out games failings as well as their good points and I've found him to be right on a number of occasions. And the idea that if you liked something the bad that people say about it shouldn't get to you really resonates. Being funny to me doesn't hurt either.

Because Yahtzee is funny, and (in my opinion) the second best video game reviewer ever (I think this guy [http://www.youtube.com/user/SpoonyOne] way better).

At first I enjoyed them greatly but lately they seem to be on a decline. Maybe me but I don't find him as entertaining as I once did.

I surely dont watch them for their value as reviews.
I havent even played most of the games he reviewed but thats not the point for me.

I think Yahtzee is a great reviewer indeed, especially for pointing out every little thing which is bad about a game
But the main reason i watch it is because Yahtzee is an entertainer

Fable 2 was getting perfect 10s all over the place, even though it was a huge steaming heap of poodle doo. Yahtzee was the only one who pointed out just how crap it was.

2. Because it is highly useful for a reviewer to point out all the bad things in a good game rather than find the game is good and hide the little bad things like they did something bad to the reviewer's children.

That's the exact reason I watch, well, I'd word it differently, but that's the general gist of why I watch.

Purely for comic relief. That's not to say I don't agree with what he says - a massive proportion of the games he reviews are ones I've never played and have no intention of ever playing in the future but, for those I have played, it's pretty much 50/50 split between agreement and disagreement.

Long story short: I just really enjoy his style, just as I enjoy Charlie Brooker, George Carlin and many other angry ranting kind of comedians.
