It was tried with a little known game, can't remember the name, between PC and X-Box, but it was so buggy and so many issues it was abandoned after release.

Well, my main reason of wanting this is that I'd like to play online with my IRL friends. I would gladly buy a few games if I could play with my 80% of my friends who play on the xbox 360.CINN4M0N said:I don't get how people think this idea is so fantastic. Maybe they think if they take one awesome thing, and mix it with another awesome thing, it'll equal some super-uber awesome mega epic lulz network that pisses excellence. Kinda like when two saiyans do the fusion dance. However, what is this going to add to your gaming experience? It's not like you never have enough people on one network to play against. There are so many millions on each that you'll always have people to play. Whether they are playing on a 360 or a ps3, doesn't really matter, does it?
All in all, theres no real benefits to gamers, I don't get the cha-ching factor because where's all this extra money coming from? And it'll take a buttload of monies to bankroll that kind of development anyway.
Shadowrun wasn't abandoned...the studio went kaput.muckinscavitch said:It was tried with a little known game, can't remember the name, between PC and X-Box, but it was so buggy and so many issues it was abandoned after release.
