WHY? Speilberg

I didn't think Indy 4 was that much worse than the rest of the series. I hated the aliens too but I didn't really think that the first 3 were fantastic movies. There were light cheesy movies that are worth a laugh or two every once in a while.

Plus I don't know how they could possibly have beaten The Last Crusade. Ford and Connery together? You can't beat that.

so while looking up some info on IMDB I came across Steven Speilberg's page,as I scrolled down I saw a section that said "In Development" and I am horrified by what I see. Transformers 3, and an Indiana Jones 5...

You're clearly forgetting Minority Report.

Anyway, this list isn't surprising at all. He's not going to be directing all of the movies on that "in development" list - he's been an executive producer for both of the other Transformers movies, and since a third one is inevitable after all the bank the first two made, why would they make such a major change as an exec producer switch? Additionally, Indy 5 could just be there as a rumor; I remember interviews where Spielberg said that he was interested in more Indy movies if the fans were before Crystal Skull came out, and that "in development" listing was probably slapped on there as soon as he said it.

Well, Speilberg might make the movies at least half decent... although both the Transformers Movies were apparently dreadful and... I can't actual say anything about the new Indiana Jones one, as I haven't seen it.
Ether way this could be... slightly good.
