Why the hell wont online play work for MW2 (PS3)?

I just got the game today and i completed the campaign. So then i tried the multiplayer and i press Play Online, and then it takes 5 mins or so before i get further. But when thats loaded i Find Game. And ive tried letting it load for hours but it wont work...

anyone else got the same problem?

Anyone got any possible solutions?

i think everyone's got the same problem, they better fix it soon... or else

The servers were struggling to cope with the onslaught of people, so they're ofline while IW upgrade them.
