I've gotten two probations and countless warnings.
My first probation was for making a 'troll' post on a thread about the iPad being jailbroken, before I even had 1000 posts; my second one was being rude to someone who said they were debating suicide, at around 2000 posts.
Warnings I've gotten: Low-content posts, trivializing suicide, complaining about mod-wrath (on a thread similar to this I directly complained about it), and more I've forgotten.

I only get put on probation or suspended when the mods feel like trolling me since nobody apparently watches over them.
This is without question the single most awesome thread the escapist has ever seen. bravo! my ass has detached from laughter.
Well I went forward in time and I saw I was suspended for this post. But some weird guy with silver goggles and a trenchcoat told me I needed to make the post otherwise I'd fuck everything up and cause a rift in time and space.
He also said that if I didn't get suspended for making this post, then world peace would be a probable thing within 5 years. Weird how small things like that affect such large situations in the future.
... So I'll luckily be able to save the human race just from having this post not be modded
