Why Won't Skyrim Run?

So my friend tells me that mounted horse combat is available for Skyrim now. I decide, "Hey, why not check that out?"

I go to Steam, try to start up the game, and I'm presented with this image:

So I'm thinking, "Maybe my mods are just out of date?" I turn off all my mods, and

So I think, "Perhaps I really am not on the right version and Steam didn't update it for some reason?"

That can't be the case though. When I tried using SKSE instead, it told me that the game is on the new update and I had to update SKSE.

I do that, and what do I get?

So now I'm just wondering what the hell is going on and how do I fix it?

Try verifying the integrity of your game cache on steam?

Actually, try updating ScriptDragon? It probably hasn't updated to support 1.6 yet. That seems like the most likely cause

It was the DragonScript thing. I hadn't updated it yet.
