I was stalking around the forums, you know being an Escapist noob and writing reviews and such, when I realised that some people had some odd avatars (mine for example). I've been a bit curious as too why we chose these in particular, do you they represent who you are?, Are they just fun little pictures? or did you find an image that suits you so much that you never plan to change it as long as you use these boards (I sure have)?

So discuss. Why did you choose your avatar? Do you plan to keep it for good?

Mine is the current avatar I use on my DeviantArt account, made personally at 50 x 50 on MS PAINT.

Seemed like a good choice.

The Lichking is A.Badass and B. My challenge not until I kill him in a 25-man format(most probably never) I won't change the picture or the subject of the picture, but when and if I do I'll replace it with a picture of my character putting on the helm of the Lich King, begginning the cycle again......

Amen brother

I chose mine because some guy, forget his name, was offering to buff up any picture you threw at him for free, and it came out really cool.

I didn't choose my avatar, it chose me.

I will eventually change it when I grow bored enough.

I read your reply before I saw your avatar and thought, "Oh my Lord, I have found my Red Sox soulmate." Sigh. We can dream.

Why do I have the headstock of a Rickenbacker bass? Because that is the bass I will own when I am worthy. Because it is the bass of basses. Because a Fender headstock is less impressive.

They;re a bit too short now. I know Rob wants to make them weekly by season 3, but for now we're dealing with 2 minutes of actual comedy per episode. Trust me, it's a long way till season 3.
