lol there's a million-zillion possibilities if you've got all three of this gen's consoles.

Try Castle Crashers, Little Big Planet, Borderlands, Worms 2 Armageddon to name a few. They're the ones I play with my girlfriend, with the exception of Castle Crashers as it's a taking forever to come out of PAL reigons, tho we're both waiting eagerly for it. :D

Tales of Symphonia/ Symphonia 2/ Vesperia( GC, Wii, Xbox 360 respectively. . Perfect drop-in drop-out multiplayer, not too hardcore.

On the same kind of note what do you think is the best way to introduce a non-gamer into the gaming world, I'm trying to corrupt someone...

ROFL.

OT: Is she a casual gamer? Then just buy every game for the wii.
If she is somewhat used to gaming I've known many girl gamers who have gone for Starcraft and WoW.

And if she's a n00b, get her Halo.

I know its a "kids" game but Viva Piñata is fun for everyone, it'd probably work great as a couple's game. Where you together create your own garden and stuff, designing stuff together.

Animal crossings,Animal crossings, Animal crossings. its the perfect game for a new gamer to get into. theres no real danger what-so-ever. I would suggest you go with the ds version and you can play together over local wireless.

also pokemon is a deceptively simple game that is as deep as the craziest rpg if you want it to be.

Depends on what they're into really.

I've known plenty of girls who only liked things like Wii Sports and I've known plenty to play the fuck out of things like God of War and Resident Evil.

Despite my best efforts, I've been unable to find anything that me and my girlfriend can play together. The closest I got was with Kingdom Hearts, and even then, it was difficult comparing the skill levels. I think I'd like to see where this goes...Just please, nothing on the Wii? Those just make me sad...

Kinda depends on the person as with anyone. But I have not met a woman yet who doesn't like a puzzle game, and that dates back to my Grandma. Must have something to do with that other X chromosome.

I'm with the posters saying we need a bit more info. I mean, I'm a girl and I play mainstream stuff, but if she's more squeamish or more of a puzzle gamer, then that makes a big difference.

If she's a newcomer, I'd go for Little Big Planet.

Depends on their interests. Portal's a definite easy start. My girlfriend really likes Fallout 3 and Bioshock also, and she's terrible at games.
