So this video is basically showing how a paid account is unable to get into a server, and has to wait in a ridiculously long queue time, while a guest account can log in without any issues. If this turns out to be true, I would say it is pretty fucked up IMO, to screw over your already paying customers.

Well if the vid actually shows what you describe it is probably a server bug, which will come in no short supply.
It's a new MMO and at launch it will always be at it's worst, if you decide to to go in and experience that I really have a hard time coming up with sympathy.

They said that it was a bug. They are fixing it right now in fact.
