No, Interplay is not the same developer it used to be back in the day.

This issue with Bethesda is getting out of hand and both of them are in the wrong (Bethesda a bit more). If Interplay do ever end up making the Fallout MMO it most likely won't be that good, then again I don't like MMO's in general.

Also relating to the Bethesda vs Interplay court case I find it quite funny how Bethesda keep saying that if Interplay make a Fallout MMO they will screw up the established lore...

Interplay didn't survive. It's been risen from the grave, but it doesn't even hint at any actual vital signs. They're essentially trolling for a cure.
