Personally? I hope POTaTOS' "Agh, bird! Bird! Kill it! It's evil!" line gets some staying power, that was hilarious.

Probably the defective turrets... and anything Cave says.

I also expect some form of badass meme to come from putting a portal on the moon.

Science will definitely be a meme. My friend and I now do everything "for science". I also think that I'm going to use "This could get a bit technical" and "attempting manual override". I don't think they'll be memes though.
