I want a program or something that can just window mode all my games. I like to watch movies and t.v shows when I play games. I feel like what I'm asking for is a long shot but I hate that every time I get a new game I have to google around in till I find a viable solution to window mode it. Anyways any help much appreciated

Real response: Run an emulator. It's always windowed.

Troll response:
Alt +f4.
Install Linux, it makes games run great!
Put your computer next to your TV.

go to game options and check windowed mode?
Well if the game does have windowed mode. Most don't, honestly most of the replies in this thread just want want to make me hit people.

You like to watch TV shows at the same time you're playing games? WUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT. More and more I find the people on the internet more retarded. Anyway, do what you want. You can just go to the properties of a game and tick the Window Mode option. If that doesn't work, then the launcher of the game itself should have this kind of option as well. And Alt+Enter works most of the time too.
How is this retarded? I play RTS games while watching House. I find it relaxing. So far only have two games with the option to just tick it into window mode. If the solution was that easy, obviously I wouldn't be asking this? Alt+enter has never worked for me. I've managed to get by with a lot of my games but I just got a slew of new games off of GOG and so far no solutions. Was just hoping for a program to just solve this problem.

Alot of times if games don't have the check box to change windowed mode, they have a text file where you can changed windowed to true or fullscreen to false.

Also, A second monitor would be great for you.

Yup, people with habits that aren't similar to yours are retarded.
Your logic there is genius.

OT: Buy a small Tv. Get a second monitor. Check the windowed mode button that exists in TONS of games.

I presume the command line options
Code:
-window
or
Code:
-windowed
don't work?

OK I'm quoting myself here and I know it's weird, but I don't mean to offend people who watch slow paced TV series(House) while playing slow paced games(RTS,etc). It's just if I were to imagine myself doing that, it would probably be me watching Prison Break while trying to play Assassin's Creed II or something. It just wouldn't work. So yeah, you can stop quoting me now.
