Kinda amazing. I learned a pretty important lesson in my life so far and that is to stand your ground. I know it's best for employees to bend down and take the abuse for the store's sake, but there is no reason to endure it especially if it crosses the border from silly screaming to borderline threats. Just straighten your spine and look them in the eye. Make a dominant impression. You don't have to scream or argue back, looking confident is enough to get some respect. If you look like an easy target you're in for a tough time. Even if your short or young, a lot of your impression comes from a good body posture and eye contact. Well in short just keep your chin up I guess.
Anyway, great story. Hope your job isn't/wasn't as bad as it sounds.

"yes, it's a real life city.. but we don't care, this is exalted, you could call it New York for all we care as long as we get to kung fu kick a monkey in the face."

You've lost me. So, according to you, me saying this woman is "white trash"(which she probably is, who knows) is the same as saying an entire city is "white trash"? How is that even possible? Edit: I don't think that she was a druggy, i think she was literally a psychopath or something like that and went off her pills. Paranoid scizto? Psychopath? Hard to say from such a short clip, although, the seeming immunity to pain might point to narcotics.
