As an "Old Person" that grew up in the 80s Imma say you forgot "The Smurfs." Not only was it a good show, it was also one of the very few cartoons in the 80s that weren't created specifically to sell cheap toys.
There are a lot that I could disagree with, but it's your list, so I'll just say I'm glad to see that Rocko's ML, Dexter's Lab and Futurama are in there.
Also, MLP: FiM is best pony... cartoon.

Man if only i could intro you to this guy who grew up watching the smurfs all the time and doesnt know why and hates every second of it.

and theres nothing really special about mlp besides the memes and fanbase it spawned.
Its creators predecessor fosters home and power puff girls are much better.

If he thinks the smurfs is bad, just think how traumatized all the little kids watching Spongebob are going to feel in 25 years.
Foster's never did anything for me personally, but PPG was the bomb. If MLP isn't your thing, that's cool too. As I said, MLP is best "pony" cartoon. I defy you to find a better cartoon... about ponies.
