According to my mom, until I was about six I'd crack up laughing like the German soldiers in the Monty Python "funniest joke" sketch when I heard the word 'zucchini'.

My hovercraft is full of eels!

OP: I can't hear the word "Ragdoll physics" without laughing because of this one kid who told me "Zelda should have ragdoll physics." Me and my friends make fun of him relentlessly.
Monty Python. It was something like "The Dirty Hungarian" skit.

Spackle, as mentioned.

And pickle...

if you flip through the dictionary you'll find weird ones like "madcap" and "scuttlebutt"

a slightly off-topic rant: it really annoys that even in high school the word "play" is absoulutly hilarious except when refering to sports on video games like "I played with the dog a bit" means an innocent game of fetch, my generation has their minds permanently stuck in the gutter.

I would normally post the youtube link, but it's been taken down for some reason.

My personal favorite is "brewhaha".

It's spelled "brouhaha". I like a good brouhaha, maybe a fracas, a donnybrook, some fisticuffs.

Edit: Wiktionary adds to the list "hubbub, kerfuffle, ruckus". Could you describe the ruckus, sir?

Moist and used are the two most disgusting words in the world. Nothing is improved by being either moist or used.
