Surprise. I always forget the first R, because I always say suprise when i say the word in real life.

also words that dont fall the I before E except after C rule when there's a C in the word.

Other then that (that is another, typed tht), its mostly words like their and there. Even Their trips me up, cause I'll put thier (I before E except after C rule breaker).

Anything with double letters, or word that I don't pronounce (like pronounce) the way that I spell them. I had real trouble with silent E's in elementary school.

Without wishing to sound (very) arrogant, I am an extremely good speller. the only word I ever really struggle with is recieve, and for some reason mainly on computers.

Rhythm.

I always fuck it up, like just now I typed "rhythy", backspaced some and then put "rythym". Gawd dammit.

I can never spell "Definitely" right. It's always "definately"

In real life and on here I also screw up Peripheral. It always sounds wrong when I say it and i spell it WAY differently. Periferal...Gah!

I still stumble over 'it's' and 'its'. Especially since sometimes Word will auto-correct to the wrong one.

Same here.

Sometimes I really forget how to spell it and actually need to look it up in a dictionary...

i'll blame it on english not being my first language... (thats my excuse and its sticking to me)

Submit - I always end up typing sumbit. I'm doing loads of application forms atm and every time I do one I tell my dad 'just submitted another one', and type it wrong every single time. Grrr! I'm had enough flipping practise!

Bananana(spelt it wrong on purpose). I think I can beat many of your examples with this. I (on rare occassions) misspell butcher my own name.(Dominick, and it becomes Domininick. Words that feature i(consonant)i(consonant) trip me up a lot). The funny thing is that because of the rare instances of me misspelling my name occuring, I waste time double-checking if I spelt it right, quite often. I really hope that isn't a sign of some mental disorder.

February. I can never spell it right (or pronounce it right) I always type Feburary.
I pronounce it wrong too. I say it as Feb-you-ary.(the ary still rhymes with merry when I say it which I think is the right way). Sometimes while writing it, I forget it has the first r as well.

Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia. I always trip up on the 'dalio' bit. In day-to-day situations, however, I mainly misspell random words in frequent bouts of idiocy.

So let's here it Escapist! What words give you the most trouble when typing?
I'm not making fun of you, but I find it odd that in a thread about spelling you wrote "here", as in "I'm over here!" rather than "hear" as in, "Can you hear me now?"

Just an oddity I noticed.
Well damn. I hate when I do that. Thanks for letting me know so I can fix it.

Right now I seriously hate myself for doing that; it's one of my biggest pet peeves.

Aaaaaand, fixed.

Wednesday, I always want to spell it Wensday.

I'm also incapable of saying "inevitable" in real life. I pronounce it en-evit-abel.
