Anyhoo, just a heads up.

That is not leet speak. Leet speak is representing letters with other things.
For instance in leet speak, "Hello There" is |-|3110 7|-|3r3.

Fail. I don't mind it if typed, but if anyone responds to a real life situation with "Fail" I actually have to put restraint into not smashing their fucking face.

Although, when used in an ironic sense it's actually quite funny. My rugby teacher, after someone missed the pass and had it hit them right in the face said it. It was pretty hilarious, although curiously not so funny in writing...
