Graphics: (2) 9800 GTX+'s in SLI, stock clocks
Processor: Core i7 920, stock clock
RAM: 6 gigs DDR3, stock clocks

(Most of this is due to a recent-less than a month ago-overhaul; before I only had 1 GTX+, a dual-core @ 3.0, and 4 gigs of RAM on XP 32-bit, so effectively 3.5)

You?
Graphics: Radeon HD 4870 (512mb)
Processor: AMD Phenom II x4 Black Edition (3GHz stock, 3.5GHz overclocked)
RAM: 3 gigs DDR2
Motherboard: ASUS M4A78 Pro
Power Supply: 600 watt
Case: Sunbeam Transformer ATX Full Tower
Additional Cooling: Thermaltake CL-W0075 Liquid Cooling System

I was planning on upgrading my RAM, but my implusive purchases have kept my buget quite drained lately.

Let me add some stuff, seeing as you were so kind as to give me the full tour of your rig:
(How's water-cooling workin' for you? I've heard it's a bit fiddly and you have to be really careful when installing things)

Motherboard: DFI LANParty Jr. X58-T3H6
PSU:750 watt
Case: SilverStone TJ08-B
Additional cooling: Xigmatek Dark Knight S1283

As for your RAM, I'd hold off, maybe even in the long run; Tom's Hardware did an article about RAM, and they said anything over 3 gigs wasn't really worth it: link here
Besides, before long the price of RAM will drop to ridiculous levels, as it happens with everything in the tech industry. :(

It cools my better then anything I've used before.

Setting it up is a bit tricky. You have to cut each piece of tubing to just the right lenth, then connect it without kinking it.

Mounting the waterblock (the piece that covers the CPU) is a little more complicated then installing a fan, since it requires a few nuts and bolts depending on what system you get.

The pump hooks up just like a fan.

The system I got isn't actually compatible with my motherboard, but I was able to mount it to my CPU using some parts from the kit, stuff lying around my house, and a few power tools (The Best Buy near me was going out of buisness and the system was only $30, so I was up for the challenge).

I would love to stay and keep chatting, but it's 2:30am here and I need to go to sleep. I'll be back tomarrow.
